UNLOCKING THE POWER OF CLOTHING

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, feedbacks and complaints pertaining to UNIQLO products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Respond to inbound calls, emails and live chats from customers within the industry SLA target.</li>
<li>Handled escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and complex issues, while ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining a positive customer experience.</li>
<li>Proactive to keep up to date and have good understanding on UNIQLO's products, services and policies to effectively assist customers and address their needs.</li>
<li>Cross functional collaboration with other departments such as E-Commerce, Store Operations, Marketing, Logistics) to resolve customers' issues and brainstorm better ideas to enhance customers' experiences.</li>
<li>Compile and analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) for collaboration with other departments to implement changes.</li>
<li>Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date records.</li>
</ul>
