Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Planner to join our team in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. This role acts as the key interface between Mandarin-speaking customers and internal operations, owning demand planning, capacity alignment, and delivery performance for assigned accounts.

You will not just schedule — you will own customer delivery performance and planning strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Customer Demand & Forecast Management

• Own customer rolling forecast consolidation and demand validation.
• Conduct forecast analysis (variance, upside/downside risk).
• Align forecast vs capacity and highlight gaps proactively.
• Lead weekly/monthly demand review meetings with customers (Mandarin).

2️⃣ Capacity & Production Planning (Assembly & Test)

• Perform capacity loading analysis (machine, manpower, UPH).
• Develop short-term and mid-term production plans.
• Optimize lot release to balance OTD, cycle time, and WIP control.
• Escalate capacity risk with mitigation proposal.

3️⃣ Delivery Performance Ownership

• Own On-Time Delivery (OTD) KPI for assigned accounts.
• Track shipment readiness and coordinate logistics alignment.
• Lead recovery plan for delinquent lots.

4️⃣ Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Production, Engineering, QA, and Supply Chain.
• Resolve quality holds, ECN impact, material shortages.
• Participate in S&OP / production alignment meetings.

5️⃣ Data & System Utilization

• Utilize ERP/MRP system for planning simulation.
• Generate planning dashboards (Excel-based analytics).
• Support management with demand-capacity scenario analysis.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Supply Chain / Engineering.
• 2–4 years in semiconductor / OSAT / electronics manufacturing planning preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (to support China/Taiwan customers).
• Strong Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data analysis).
• ERP/MRP system experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
• Ability to work in high-mix, fast-turn manufacturing environment.
