Founded in 1989, Unisem began its journey with a vision to advance Malaysia’s electronics landscape. By 1992, we commenced commercial production at our flagship facility in Ipoh, Perak. Today, Unisem is a leading global provider of semiconductor assembly and test services (OSAT), operating advanced manufacturing hubs across Malaysia and China.
For over three decades, we have been driving innovation in packaging, wafer bumping, and testing—powering the technology that connects the world.
