Reporting to the None Functional Test Lead, Test Centre of Excellence (TCoE) @ Innohub2 KL, the candidate will ensure the overall successful delivery of all testing services provided by GTO for any projects, change requests and production fixes for Digital Banking / Core Banking suite of applications. The candidate is expected to work the Non-Functional Testing project and to ensure the successful delivery of testing services provided by GTO’s appointed test service providers, and in accordance to the organization’s standards and processes &nbsp; <h2>Job Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of performance testing services one or more applications and/or projects under Bank’s domain such as Digital, Enterprise, Core Banking &amp; Wealth, Cards etc.</li> <li>Involved in performance test designing, planning and reporting process.</li> <li>Study the non-functional requirements across apps and derive performance testing strategy for impacted system/applications and interfaces</li> <li>Design and execute performance test plan, scenarios and scripts, related to application performance, capacity and resiliency using Microfocus LoadRunner and/or Apache JMeter tool on common protocols such as Web, Web Services, Ajax TruClient, Oracle EBS and Citrix</li> <li>Analyze application architecture and deployment topology</li> <li>Coordinate non-functional requirements collection process with business and technical teams; understand system performance requirements &amp; business objectives</li> <li>Work with TCOE engineering and Governance team to review the NFT process and guidelines aligned to SDM process time to time</li> <li>Working on the day-to-day delivery of performance test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing</li> <li>Works with the testing service providers and other UOB stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery.</li> <li>Working with the ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits.</li> <li>Engages with various UOB stakeholders (including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure, business), testing service providers to ensure testing services meet the banks’ objectives and demand.</li> <li>Quantify, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable.</li> <li>Drive and collaborate with all UOB stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveries for the portfolio accountable.</li> <li>Participate and contribute in forums, as required, to drive testing transformation and innovation.</li> <li>Functional knowledge in software quality engineering for web and mobile applications, backend integration (Wholesales Fintech Application)</li> <li>Working out with Test Strategy such that stress test, performance tests, load test, endurance test, test to failed</li> </ul> &nbsp; <h2>Job Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.</li> <li>Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 6 to 9 years relevant experience in large and complex organizations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance in performance testing.</li> <li>Expertise in working in complex environment with integration multiple downstream and MQ's including mainframe, core banking and as400 systems</li> <li>Study the non-functional requirements across apps and derive performance testing strategy for impacted system/applications and interfaces</li> <li>Work with TCOE engineering and Governance team to review the NFT process and guidelines aligned to SDM process time to time</li> <li>Design and execute performance test plan, scenarios and scripts, related to application performance, capacity and resiliency using LoadRunner or JMeter tool</li> <li>Expertise in working in complex environment with integration multiple downstream and MQ's including mainframe, core banking and as400 systems</li> <li>Should be able to carry out effort and timeline estimation for performance testing projects/programs</li> <li>Should be able to develop performance testing/engineering strategy for the enterprise</li> <li>Should have exposure to various types of performance tests including load, stress, endurance, etc.</li> <li>Should have the ability to use monitoring tools like Splunk, Geneos, bmc Truesight &amp;
