We're looking for a detail-oriented QA engineer passionate about automation and manual testing across web and mobile platforms, eager to help us deliver world-class, AI-driven user experiences. 
The Job:
Test Automation &amp; Scripting
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript), Appium, and Selenium for web and mobile applications.</li>
<li>Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to support scalable and efficient release cycles.</li>
<li>Enhance existing scripts to accommodate evolving features and architectures.</li>
</ul>
Testing Strategy &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Design comprehensive manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts aligned to product requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, and performance testing across iOS, Android, and multiple browsers.</li>
<li>Validate AI-generated content quality and user experience flows.</li>
</ul>
Process Improvement &amp; QA Standards
<ul>
<li>Continuously refine QA practices, tools, and workflows to improve defect detection and reduce regression risk.</li>
<li>Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure test coverage and early issue identification.</li>
</ul>
Production Monitoring &amp; Release Validation
<ul>
<li>Monitor live environments to verify business KPI alignment and system stability post-deployment.</li>
<li>Lead triage efforts for critical issues and ensure timely resolution.</li>
</ul>
Mentorship &amp; Team Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Partner with other senior QA engineers and mentor junior team members.</li>
<li>Share knowledge, review test assets, and foster a culture of quality ownership.</li>
</ul>
Issue Reporting &amp; Risk Communication
<ul>
<li>Document and communicate bugs, inconsistencies, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Track resolution efforts and support mitigation planning.</li>
</ul>
