As a Sales & Marketing Executive you will build and grow integrated campaigns and outreach that create candidate pipelines and client leads. You will help design messaging, run outreach, and measure results so our recruitment services scale predictably.

Responsibilities

Client & Candidate Outreach

• Drive outreach to clients and candidates via calls, emails and social platforms to source opportunities and set meetings.
• Manage inbound leads and follow up to schedule interviews or client presentations.

Campaigns & Content

• Create and post job ads and social content, and help shape messaging for employer branding.
• Support simple campaign setups across social and email, and run basic A/B tests to improve response.

Tracking & Admin

• Record interactions in CRM and keep candidate and client notes up to date for smooth handovers.
• Prepare basic weekly reports on leads and campaign activity, and handle interview scheduling.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates or entry level candidates, approximately 0 years of professional experience expected.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field is preferred but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical understanding of sales and marketing principles, including candidate sourcing and client outreach.
• Familiarity with basic digital marketing, social media management, CRM and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and marketing skills, with the ability to prepare simple reports.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Demonstrate teamwork and clear communication when coordinating with colleagues and clients.
• Show creative thinking, leadership potential and quick learning; open to feedback and ready to take initiative.
