Job Purpose
To independently lead and drive Vealthme Group’s content and social media strategy, ensuring strong brand visibility, professional positioning, and measurable digital performance that supports business growth.
This role requires strategic thinking, initiative, and accountability for results — not just execution.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop quarterly content direction aligned with business priorities
● Plan and manage monthly content calendar independently
● Translate training programs, leadership topics, and corporate insights into engaging, professional content
● Position Vealthme as a thought leader in corporate wellness, health screening and medical services solutions provider.
● Own and drive B2B social media growth (LinkedIn, FB, IG, TikTok etc)
● Monitor engagement trends and continuously optimise content approach
● Identify and test new content formats (carousel, short videos, thought leadership posts)
● Maintain consistent brand voice and positioning
● Track, analyse, and interpret content performance metrics
● Provide monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans
● Drive measurable improvement in engagement and content reach
● Align content outcomes with lead generation support
● Work closely with CEO and Sales to support key launches and campaigns
● Align messaging with revenue prioritieRequirements
● 3–5 years in content marketing / social media (B2B preferred)
● Strong copywriting ability (clear, persuasive, professional tone)
● Strong content understanding in various social media platforms
● Comfortable analysing metrics and making data-driven decisions
● High ownership mindset, proactive and independents
● Support marketing initiatives that contribute to brand credibility and client attraction
Requirements
● 3–5 years in content marketing / social media (B2B preferred)
● Strong copywriting ability (clear, persuasive, professional tone)
● Strong content understanding in various social media platforms
● Comfortable analysing metrics and making data-driven decisions
● High ownership mindset, proactive and independent
● Mandarin spoken & written is very much an advantage
