<li>Manage end-to-end candidate experience from first contact to decline or offer and support Day 1 induction, to eventual transition to EX team. Support Pecu team with enabling a great place to work by being process owner for candidate experience, preboarding and Day 1 induction.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>Recruitment Insight</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Generate insight from hiring metrics obtained with tools provided for tracking progress and reporting. Act on insight as appropriate for continuous improvement.</li>

<p><strong>Employer Branding</strong></p>

<li>Support supervisor with executing employer branding strategies including Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR), such as handling the logistics of career fairs and campus partnerships, experience days and community days.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create and promote engaging content for 3 target segments (interns &amp; graduates, ‘second jobbers’ and manager +) for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, XHS, Meta). Content will highlight company culture, values and community impact, and positions Verdant as a leader in renewable energy.</li>
<li>Support on research into talent acquisition and employer branding strategies. Tracking and analysing the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns using metrics and tools.</li>
