Are you passionate about guiding young minds, fostering growth, and creating a positive learning environment? HANKidz is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated HR assistant to be a part of our lively and nurturing team! 

• To plan and execute hiring channels via in-house databases, online employment forums, social media, and other channels. 
• To manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and background verifications.
• To build meaningful connections with potential team members, nurturing recruitment leads with care and intention, and staying closely engaged until they confidently join our team.  
• Work closely with students, universities, and internal teams to bring collaborations to life, managing both relationships and backend operations to ensure every partnership runs smoothly and reflects our culture. 
• To onboarding new hires, conducting induction sessions, and completing all relevant paperwork. 
• May also be required to work with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the HR function. 

Overall, the Recruiter role requires a strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as the ability to build relationships and promote the company’s reputation. 

Job Requirements

• A deep passion for continuous learning and the ability to spread unconditional love to all. 
• 1-3 years of expereince is desirable.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly desired.
