<li>To manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and background verifications.</li>
<li>To build meaningful connections with potential team members, nurturing recruitment leads with care and intention, and staying closely engaged until they confidently join our team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with students, universities, and internal teams to bring collaborations to life, managing both relationships and backend operations to ensure every partnership runs smoothly and reflects our culture.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To onboarding new hires, conducting induction sessions, and completing all relevant paperwork.&nbsp;</li>
<li>May also be required to work with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the HR function.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Overall, the Recruiter role requires a strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as the ability to build relationships and promote the company’s reputation.&nbsp;
