Job Description

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll play a vital role in growing Virtue TCM’s brand presence and building meaningful connections with our community. You’ll help design and execute marketing campaigns that reflect our healing philosophy, signature treatments, and wellness lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and website platforms.
• Develop creative content (visuals, videos, captions) that reflect the Virtue TCM brand and tone.
• Collaborate with our team to promote treatments, workshops, community events, and wellness products.
• Manage and grow our online and offline community through engaging and educational storytelling.
• Coordinate promotions, wellness campaigns, and seasonal launches (e.g. CNY gift sets, healing events & retreats).
• Work closely with management to ensure all marketing materials align with our brand values and visual identity.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in wellness, spa, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling — you love turning ideas into visuals that inspire.
• Proficient in social media management, content creation, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about holistic living and natural wellness.
• A good team player with initiative, positivity, and curiosity to learn.
