Job Description

• Assist in ideating, planning, and scheduling content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
   
• Help manage social media calendars and draft captions, hashtags, and posting schedules.
   
• Support in basic graphic or video editing for content (using tools like Canva, CapCut, or VN).
   
• Track and report on engagement metrics, trends, and competitor activities.
   
• Coordinate with influencers and creators for content collaboration and campaign deliverables.
   
• Join brainstorming sessions to pitch ideas for trending campaigns, reels, or TikTok challenges.
   
• Engage with online communities and respond to DMs/comments when needed.
   
• Stay updated on platform updates and algorithm changes.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
   
• Strong interest in social media, branding, and content creation.
   
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and emerging social trends.
   
• Creative thinker with a good eye for visual aesthetics and brand tone.
   
• Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools) are a plus.
   
• Good communication and writing skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is a bonus).
   
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
