Vistamore Sdn Bhd is a private limited company specializing in civil construction and plumbing services. We are dedicated to civil structure projects, maintenance, and the installation and replacement of piping systems.
Established on 6th February 2006, Vistamore Sdn Bhd has been actively involved in pipeline work as sub-contractors for various contractors, particularly in repair and installation projects related to piping.
Over the course of three years since our inception, we have successfully built a network of reliable workforce and suppliers to adapt to the rapidly changing market requirements. <li>Prepare and Submit Budget from Tender Drawings, Bills of Quantities for all disciplines, Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Evaluation of Claims etc.</li>
<li>To prepare and submission of interim progress claim and ensure work been certified timely and accurately by client/main contractor through site valuation.</li>
<li>Prepare Contracts Award, Check Contract Documentation for completeness and truth</li>
<li>To Prepare Contractors' Valuation Report</li>
<li>To Search for New Contractor Quotation for price comparison that suits the budget.</li>
<li>Manage ALL pre and post-contract related matters such as Material search, Propose Construction Costs to Sites</li>
<li>Monitor Contract Accounts, Apply for Extension of the Contract period</li>
<li>Update and submit Contracts report related to taking off, stages progress claims and revaluation etc towards Ending</li>
<li>Manage Positive relationship with Clients / Consultants / Sub-contractor and Co-workers</li>
<li>Prepare and Verify Payment Certificates on every stage of claims towards ending of all projects.</li>

This job is a Quantity Surveyor. You might like this job because you&#x27;ll be responsible for budget preparation, contract management, and building relationships.

Your responsibilities would include document preparation, bid evaluation, budget management, attendance at site meetings, and project work.
