Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing online marketing strategies (including marketing mix strategies) across all online platforms to ensure business growth
• Assist to engage with customers and provide excellent customer service through online platforms
• Assist superior to arrange appointments session and update viewing schedule
• Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth running operations
• Perform all general administrative duties required (day-to-day documentation such as data entry, scanning, filing inquiry)
• Monitor and maintain a good record system for all admin and confidential matter

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess any Diploma/Degree Holder.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an additional advantage for candidates to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive working attitude.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of English & Mandarin.
• Support strong teamwork, good communication, and a happy work environment.
• Minimum internship period of 3 months.
