Our Aim on Hiredly

<ins>Content Creation &amp; Social Media Management</ins>
<ul>
<li>Conceptualise culturally relevant ideas and produce engaging social media content for marketing use.</li>
<li>Design in-store marketing materials such as posters, menu boards and point-of-sale materials.</li>
<li>Manage daily operations across social media platforms:</li>
<ul>
<li>Basic community engagement – respond to messages and comments on social platforms.</li>
<li>Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights.</li>
</ul>
<li>Identify and stay updated to emerging trends and translate into relevant brand moments.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Influencer and Campaign Management</ins>
<ul>
<li>Identify and manage relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs).</li>
<li>Ensure consistent tone/brand messaging across all touchpoints (in-store and social media).</li>
<li>Coordinate content collaborations, campaigns, and performance tracking.</li>
<li>Develop marketing calendars aligned with brand objectives and festive seasons.</li>
</ul>
