Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Conceptualise culturally relevant ideas and produce engaging social media content for marketing use.
• Design in-store marketing materials such as posters, menu boards and point-of-sale materials.
• Manage daily operations across social media platforms:
• Basic community engagement – respond to messages and comments on social platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Identify and stay updated to emerging trends and translate into relevant brand moments.

Influencer and Campaign Management

• Identify and manage relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs).
• Ensure consistent tone/brand messaging across all touchpoints (in-store and social media).
• Coordinate content collaborations, campaigns, and performance tracking.
• Develop marketing calendars aligned with brand objectives and festive seasons.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media management.
• Experience in video editing using Canva, Capcut and Photoshop.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Nice To Have

• Prior experience in the F&B/ lifestyle/ retail industry.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling and branding. 
• Experience working with influencers and/or KOLs.
• Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, and editing is an advantage. 
• Represent the brand comfortably on camera across short-form video formats (Reels, TikTok, Storytelling Content).
