Job Description
🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Assist in sales activities, including lead generation and client follow-up
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns (online & offline)
- Manage and update customer databases (CRM / Excel)
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in handling social media platforms and marketing content
- Participate in client meetings and internal discussions
- Provide general administrative support to the sales & marketing team
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage)
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers (telemarketing / follow-up)
- Confident in speaking and interacting with potential clients
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills
- Able to commit for at least 3–6 months internship
- Monthly allowance + uncapped commission for every successful deal
- High performers may receive additional incentives or bonuses
- Opportunity for full-time conversion with sales incentives
