🧦 Internship: Influencer & UGC Marketing @ Xocks.co

Are you addicted to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and everything viral? Do you love working with creators, crafting scroll-stopping content, and turning trends into sales? Xocks.co is looking for a passionate Influencer & UGC Marketing Intern to join our growing team and help us bring our bold, colourful socks brand to every corner of Malaysia (and beyond 👣).

🔥 What You'll Be Doing:

• Influencer Collaboration
  – Identify and reach out to micro-influencers, TikTokers, IG creators
  – Build long-term relationships and manage collaborations
  – Track content deliverables and engagement performance
   
• UGC Content Management
  – Plan and organize User-Generated Content (UGC) for campaigns
  – Collect, review, and repurpose customer-generated content
  – Coordinate product seeding to creators and ambassadors
   
• Trendspotting & Campaign Execution
  – Spot viral trends early and suggest content ideas
  – Support in launching social media campaigns (Merdeka, CNY, etc.)
  – Coordinate internal team to help shoot behind-the-scenes or collab footage
   
• Data Tracking & Reporting
  – Track campaign performance (views, saves, conversions)
  – Report UGC and influencer content results weekly

Job Requirements

🎯 Requirements:

• TikTok/Instagram addict (in a good way)
   
• Passionate about marketing, social media, and creators
   
• Strong communication and people skills
   
• Comfortable writing simple messages to influencers and brands
   
• Bonus: Basic Canva, CapCut, or editing knowledge
