Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1) UI Enhancement
- Assist in improving user interface layouts, usability, and visual consistency
- Identify UX/UI issues and propose enhancements based on user feedback and internal reviews
- Support implementation of UI changes using frontend technologies
- Help maintain design consistency across dashboards, forms, and workflows
2) Process Automation
- Analyze existing manual or repetitive processes and suggest automation opportunities
- Assist in building automation scripts, tools, or workflows (e.g. data processing, reporting, system tasks)
- Help integrate automation solutions with existing systems or APIs
- Document automated workflows and processes clearly
3) Collaboration & Documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business and system requirements
- Prepare basic technical documentation and user guides
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and internal discussions
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing Degree in Computer Science/ IT, or equivalent IT experience.
- Have knowledge or experience in programming : Typescript (to be used in Angular, React & NodeJS framework) and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of AI utilization.
- Knowledge on Database Programming (e.g MSSQL, MYSQL, MongoDB)
- A fast & willing learner with a pleasant personality
- High pace. Possess high sense of urgency. Work based on deliveries.
