We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer/ Digital Designer to join our creative team! If you're someone who’s familiar with TikTok campaigns or Xiaohongshu content, and passionate about creative work for brands across social, digital ads, websites, and beyond, we’d love to have you. Familiarity with TikTok, Xiaohongshu, or livestream design formats is a big plus. We’re a lively, energetic bunch, so we’re looking for a team player who enjoys collaborating with a fast-moving, enthusiastic crew. 

Responsibilities:

<li>Design digital-first visuals and short-form video content for social media, digital ads, landing pages, and EDMs.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Art Director, designers, videographer, performance marketing team and content strategists to ensure creative output aligns with campaign goals.</li>
<li>Stay on top of social media trends, platform formats, meme culture, and live content styles. Apply them creatively in your work.</li>
<li>Contribute to campaign pitches — from research and insight gathering to visual strategy and presentation.</li>
