<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><br>We are looking for a passionate and experienced Creative Head with at least 5 years of experience in creative development, art direction, and design. The ideal candidate is highly in tune with current digital and social media trends and has a proven ability to lead teams and execute across multiple platforms.</p>
<ul>
<li>Interpret business and product requirements to develop creative ideas and campaigns for execution across platforms (website, EDM, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces, retail).</li>
<li>Lead and coordinate with videographers, photographers, and the graphic design team to execute content across all channels.</li>
<li>Leverage research and consumer insights to craft engaging content, campaign mechanics, and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.</li>
<li>Stay immersed in the digital and social media landscape, with a keen awareness of emerging trends to ensure content remains current and relevant.</li>
<li>Organize and manage creative-related activities in collaboration with the brand team and other departments, ensuring timely delivery across multiple deadlines and teams.</li>
<li>Liaise with external vendors such as production houses, printers, and agencies to produce high-quality creative materials and collateral.</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong leadership, self-motivation, flexibility, and a sharp eye for detail to deliver a high standard of creative work that elevates the brand.</li>
