What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute full-funnel paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, XHS, and more.</li>
<li>Drive measurable results across CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and landing page conversions.</li>
<li>Utilize Meta Pixel, UTM/GTM, and analytics software to track conversions, optimize funnels, and fuel decisions with data.</li>
<li>Build and manage landing pages, setup automation flows, and implement email nurturing sequences using tools like GoHighLevel, GetResponse, or similar.</li>
<li>Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline ideation, copywriting, targeting, and reporting. (We’ll train you if you're new—but you must be AI-open!)</li>
<li>Collaborate internally with creatives and video editors to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-optimized content.</li>
<li>Mentor junior team members and oversee campaign quality from planning to reporting.</li>
