&nbsp;About the Role:
We are hiring a Cabling Technician with hands-on experience installing and maintaining network cabling for IP phone systems. This position focuses on the physical layer: running Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 cables, punching down, tracing, and testing — all in support of our PBX and VoIP infrastructure project.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Install, terminate, and test Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 cables (data/voice lines)</li>
<li>Punch down to patch panels, keystone jacks, and wall plates</li>
<li>Trace and tone cables to ensure signal presence at IP phones</li>
<li>Label and document cable runs according to site standards</li>
<li>Route cables through ceilings, walls, floors, or conduits</li>
<li>Verify connectivity to PBX system and IP phones</li>
<li>Troubleshoot wiring issues using toners, testers, and other tools</li>
<li>Work alongside IT and telecom teams during deployments</li>
</ul>
