<h3><strong>2. Inventory &amp; Stock Control</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with HQ for replenishment<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct periodic stock checks to ensure accuracy<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage stock movement: receiving, checking, and dispatching items<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and storage of products<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>3. Staff Supervision &amp; Training</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Supervise store assistants, guide and support their work<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct on-the-job training for new staff<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain discipline, teamwork, and workflow efficiency<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>4. Reporting &amp; Documentation</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare stock reports for management<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Report issues, shortages, and operational concerns<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle simple administrative tasks related to store operations<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<li>Assist in resolving stock mismatches, damages, or logistical concerns</li>
