Five Sense Culture

&nbsp;As a Business Development Intern at WIT Ventures Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by maintaining relationships with potential clients, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives. This role requires both a hands-on approach to daily tasks and a strategic mindset, assisting in administrative tasks to support the business development function.

<h4>Client Relationship Management</h4>
<ul>
<li>Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Regularly communicate with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.</li>
<li>Resolve Client Issues: Act as a primary contact for client concerns, working with internal teams to provide timely solutions.</li>
<li>Performance Target: Maintain a client retention rate of 90% and achieve a minimum of 1 upsell or cross-sell opportunity per month.</li>
</ul>
Assist in Strategic Planning and Reporting
<ul>
<li>Support Strategy Development: Assist in formulating growth strategies and business plans in alignment with WIT Ventures' goals.</li>
<li>Prepare Reports and Presentations: Create monthly and quarterly reports to track performance against business development goals, and contribute insights to leadership.</li>
<li>Performance Target: Ensure all reports are submitted accurately and on time, with data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.</li>
</ul>
Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams
<ul>
<li>Collaborate on Client Solutions: Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to create and deliver solutions that meet client needs.</li>
<li>Organize Client Onboarding: Oversee client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations.</li>
<li>Performance Target: Achieve 100% completion of client onboarding steps within specified weeks of contract signing.</li>
</ul>
KPI Achievement and Performance Tracking
<ul>
<li>Meet Monthly KPIs: Achieve set KPIs in lead generation, conversion rates, and client retention as specified by the company’s business development goals.</li>
<li>Track and Report Progress: Regularly monitor progress against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.</li>
</ul>
Additional Responsibilities as Assigned
<ul>
<li>Adapt to Company Needs: Complete additional duties as required by the company, including tasks that may fall outside the primary scope but contribute to overall business growth.</li>
