About the Role
Food Art is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the key operational link between Food Art and our retail buyer, drive in-store activations and promotions, manage field promoters and supervisors, and ensure smooth execution of purchase orders and product returns. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to translate strategy into impactful in-store results.
Key Responsibilities
Buyer Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between Food Art and the retail buyer for day-to-day communication.
- Relay information on upcoming activations, in-store events, and promotional activities.
- Identify, escalate, and follow up on any retail issues or operational challenges in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong working relationships with buyer contacts to support smooth collaboration.
Retail Sales Plan Execution
- Support the Sales & Marketing team in executing the retail sales and promotion plan.
- Plan and coordinate promoter deployment schedules in alignment with promotional calendars.
- Set up and manage in-store events and activations, including on-site coordination.
- Monitor live activations and compile post-event performance reports.
Promoter & Supervisor Management
- Plot and manage monthly promoter schedules across retail locations.
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison with the promoter agency for all operational matters.
- Monitor and evaluate promoter & supervisor performance; track attendance, productivity, and conduct field visits as required.
Purchase Order (PO) Fulfillment & Product Returns
- Execute and monitor the end-to-end PO fulfillment process, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Track product return quantities from retail and flag discrepancies.
- Identify and resolve any issues arising in the PO or returns process, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of PO and return data for reporting purposes.
