Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help with maintaining accurate financial records by posting transactions in accounting software.
- Help with posting journal entries, month-end closing activities, and ensuring proper account coding.
- Support the team with the preparation of audit materials if necessary.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives within the accounting department as required.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with accounting software or spreadsheets is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other financial software is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
