Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Prompt Engineer to join our dynamic team in Selangor. This role combines technical expertise in AI systems with creative problem-solving abilities to develop effective AI workflows, documentation, and training materials. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our AI applications, supporting our training programs, and implementing automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
AI Implementation & Optimization

• Design, develop, and optimize AI prompts across various platforms to maximize efficiency and accuracy
• Create and implement AI workflows that solve business processes and operational challenges
• Research and analyze the latest AI trends, tools, and methodologies to inform our training programs and service offerings
• Experiment with and evaluate new AI tools and platforms to identify potential applications for our business and clients

Training & Documentation Support

• Support AI trainers by developing high-quality teaching materials focused on prompt engineering techniques and best practices
• Create comprehensive documentation for AI workflows, systems, and processes using Notion.io and other documentation tools
• Conduct research on emerging AI capabilities and prepare analysis reports for training curriculum development
• Develop tutorials and guides that demonstrate effective prompt engineering techniques and AI application methods

Technical Implementation

• Implement automation solutions using tools such as Coze, n8n, Make.com, and other agentic AI platforms
• Apply basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript) to enhance AI integration and develop custom solutions when needed
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration of AI systems with existing infrastructure
• Troubleshoot AI implementation issues and develop effective solutions

Research & Development

• Conduct ongoing research into emerging AI technologies and potential applications
• Develop proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate new AI capabilities and use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation

Document findings and share insights with relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering and AI system optimization
• Practical knowledge of various AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
• Understanding of agentic AI platforms including Coze, n8n, Make.com, and similar automation tools
• Proficiency with Notion.io for workflow documentation and knowledge management
• Basic coding skills in Python and JavaScript
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and computing fundamentals
• Experience in creating and documenting technical workflows and processes

• Experience in implementing AI solutions for business process optimization
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to rapidly evolving AI capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with a “hacker mentality” for making systems work effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear documentation and training materials
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts in accessible terms for diverse audiences

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Relevant certifications in AI, prompt engineering, or automation technologies are advantageous

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese
• Strong command of English for effective communication with diverse stakeholders
