Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
