<li>Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle basic account, payment, and transaction issues &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist customers with: &nbsp;</li>

<li>Login or account access issues &nbsp;</li>
<li>Order status and payment confirmations &nbsp;</li>
<li>Refund and cancellation requests (according to SOP) &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scripts &nbsp;</li>
<li>Accurately log and update tickets in the customer support system &nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify issues that require escalation and transfer them to Level 2 support &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times &nbsp;</li>
<li>Meet service metrics such as: &nbsp;</li>
<ul>
<li>First Response Time (FRT) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ticket resolution accuracy</li>
</ul>
