Operations & Supply Chain Lead

Who We Are:

We are Wunderbath (www.wunderbath.co) – Malaysia's quirkiest handmade bath & beauty brand. Our ultra-realistic kuih soaps have gone viral with 102+ corporate clients including CIMB, Westin, Marriott, Secret Recipe, Dermalogica and more!

We've grown profitably year-on-year organically with a lean team, and now we need someone to build the operations backbone to scale. 

The Role:

You'll be our operations backbone – coordinating production, suppliers, inventory, and logistics WHILE building the systems and SOPs that make everything run smoothly without constant firefighting.

This is 50% execution + 50% systemization.

You don't just solve problems – you create systems so problems don't happen again.

What You'll Do:

EXECUTE (50% of your time):

• Coordinate production team on daily schedules
• Manage 3PL warehouse (fulfillment, deliveries, issues)
• Order from suppliers + chase deliveries relentlessly
• Track inventory in SiteGiant ERP
• Manage all project deadlines (campaigns, corporate orders)
• Hire part-timers when needed
• Drive to suppliers/warehouse when urgent
• Solve every operational fire that pops up

SYSTEMIZE (50% of your time):

• Create SOPs for everything (ordering, QC, production, packing, delivery)
• Document workflows so anyone can follow them
• Build checklists that prevent mistakes
• Identify bottlenecks and fix them permanently
• Implement tracking systems (deadlines, supplier lead times, inventory levels)
• Optimize processes to reduce costs and save time
• Make the business run without you (train others, delegate, document)
• Goal: In 12 months, operations run smoothly even when you're on holiday. Everything is documented, tracked, and systematic.

Job Requirements

You're Our Perfect Fit If:

MUST-HAVES: 

✅ 1-3 years in operations/logistics/supply chain

✅ Valid driving license + own transport (will drive for errands)

✅ Love creating systems – You see chaos and immediately think "how do I fix this permanently?"

✅ Fast executor – Get things done TODAY, not next week

✅ Master documenter – You naturally create checklists, SOPs, tracking sheets

✅ Organized multitasker – Handle 10+ projects without dropping balls

✅ Tech-comfortable – SiteGiant, Google Sheets, apps, WhatsApp coordination

✅ Problem-solver without emotions – When things break, you fix them AND prevent them from breaking again in calmness

✅ Strong communicator – English & BM (Mandarin bonus)

BONUS POINTS: 

🌟 Experience with inventory management software (SiteGiant, XERO)

🌟 Familiar with e-commerce logistics

🌟 Experience managing custom production (not just mass manufacturing)
