<h4><strong>1. Client Onboarding &amp; Coordination</strong></h4>

<li>Assist in internal campaign briefings and prepare <strong>Minutes of Meeting (MoM)</strong> within 24 hours.<br><br></li>
<li>Track all internal and client-side preparations to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.<br><br></li>
<li>Prepare and manage <strong>Scope of Work (SoW)</strong> documentation, get client sign-off, and confirm readiness for campaign execution.<br><br></li>
<li>Follow up on client payments and approvals prior to campaign launch.<br><br></li>
<li>Coordinate internal teams for successful campaign go-live and gather client acknowledgment.<br><br></li>
