Our Focus

We're looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Assistant cum Graphic Designer to support our marketing efforts. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, designing visuals, and managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, advertising, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:

<li>Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media.</li>
<li>Work closely with the business development team to create marketing materials.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.</li>
</ul>
Key Account:
<ul>
<li>Client Onboarding: Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding of new clients, including setup, training, and product implementation.</li>
<li>Account Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and act as their go-to person for all post-sale needs.</li>
<li>Product Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on how to best use Ocard’s features to drive engagement and results.</li>
<li>Issue Resolution: Respond to client queries promptly and coordinate internally to solve any issues effectively.</li>
<li>Client Retention: Monitor client satisfaction, usage, and feedback to ensure renewal and upsell opportunities.</li>
<li>Performance Tracking: Analyze client performance metrics and prepare reports or suggestions for optimization.</li>
<li>Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li>
</ul>
