Account Executive (Sales & Client Servicing)

Location: Petaling Jaya (Hybrid/On-site)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and follow through the full sales cycle.
     
  • Schedule and conduct Google Meet/virtual sales calls with prospects.
     
  • Attend client meetings and deliver clear presentations on our digital marketing services.
     
  • Propose suitable service packages based on client goals and budgets.
     
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
     
  • Close deals consistently and achieve monthly sales targets.
     
  • Manage ongoing client relationships to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
     
  • Handle contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and client retention.
     
  • Coordinate internally with designers, developers, and marketers to relay client requirements.
     
  • Maintain accurate lead updates, notes, and pipeline status via CRM or internal systems.
     
  • Stay familiar with digital marketing basics (SEO, SEM, social media, web development, branding).
     

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in Sales, Account Management, or Client Servicing.
     
  • Experience in digital marketing, branding, or creative agencies is a strong advantage.
     
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
     
  • Confident in both online and face-to-face client meetings.
     
  • Good understanding of digital marketing solutions and project workflows.
     
  • Able to manage multiple clients and timelines efficiently.
     
  • Proactive, organized, and strong in follow-ups.
     
  • Must be comfortable working independently with revenue-driven targets.
