📍Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Creative AI Output / 创意 AI 产出🎨
  Utilize AI image tools (Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) to create visuals for social media, ad creatives, and packaging mockups across multiple brands.
  利用 AI 图像工具（Midjourney, Canva AI 等）为多个品牌创作社交媒体图片、广告素材和包装效果图。
• AI Video Production / AI 视频制作🎬
  Create short-form videos, product content, and repurposed shorts using AI video generators, AI voiceovers, and auto-subtitles.
  利用 AI 视频生成器、AI 配音和自动字幕制作短视频、产品内容和二次创作短片。
• Bilingual Content Strategy / 双语内容策划✍️
  Generate engaging copywriting in a "1 line English, 1 line Chinese" format for WhatsApp, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu using AI assistance.
  利用 AI 辅助，为 WhatsApp、Facebook 和小红书撰写“一行英文、一行中文”格式的吸引力文案。
• Continuous Learning / 持续学习🧠
  Actively research and test the latest AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve marketing efficiency.
  积极研究并测试最新的 AI 工具，以自动化重复性工作并提高营销效率。

Job Requirements

• Mindset Over Experience | 心态胜过经验 💡
  Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome. What matters is your "AI-First" thinking.
  欢迎应届毕业生或拥有 1-2 年经验者。最重要的是你的“AI 优先”思维。
• AI Proficiency | AI 熟练度 🤖
  You must already be using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) daily for personal projects or study, not just "heard of it".
  你必须已经每天在个人项目或学习中使用 AI 工具（ChatGPT, Gemini 等），而不只是“听说过”。
• Visual Taste | 视觉品味 ✨
  A strong sense of design and pacing for video content. You should know what looks "good" and "engaging".
  对设计和视频节奏有敏锐的感觉。你需要知道什么是“美”且“吸引人”的。
• Bilingual Fluency | 双语流利 🗣️
  Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must. Ability to translate and adapt tones for different platforms.
