Financial Operations

<li>Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.</li>
<li>Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.</li>
<li>Ensure that accounting records and systems comply with company policies and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Analysis
<ul>
<li>Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.</li>
<li>Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and assist with monitoring budget performance.</li>
<li>Reconcile discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.</li>
</ul>
Compliance &amp; Controls
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial standards, and relevant government reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, banks, government authorities and tax filings.</li>
<li>Assist with audit preparation and ensure timely submission of audited financial statements to regulatory bodies.</li>
<li>Develop and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.</li>
