. Full Spectrum Financial Management

• Oversee the full set of accounts for all entities under the group.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Review and validate all financial entries, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Lead AP, AR, GL, and treasury functions.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and consolidated reports.
• Present financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee audit schedules and statutory reporting.

3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control

• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor spending, operational costs, and cash flow projections.
• Recommend cost optimisation strategies and improve financial efficiency.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

4. Cash Flow, Treasury & Banking

• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity, and financial reserves.
• Monitor bank facilities, repayments, and financial covenants.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

5. Taxation, Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

• Oversee SST submissions, tax filings, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and legal advisors.
• Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and adherence to accounting standards (MFRS/MPERS).
• Conduct internal reviews to strengthen financial governance.

6. Internal Controls, SOPs & Risk Management

• Develop, improve, and enforce finance SOPs and internal control procedures.
• Evaluate financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure accounting workflows are efficient, accurate, and audit-ready.

7. Support for Corporate Growth & Strategic Projects

• Prepare financial models, business cases, and projections for expansion plans.
• Support due diligence requirements, corporate exercises, and investment evaluations.
• Ensure financial data integrity for senior-level decision-making.

8. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor the finance team (Accounts Executives).
• Perform training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Work closely with operations, sales, HR, tech, and project teams to align financial processes.
• Ensure timely communication and strong teamwork across departments.

9. Systems Improvement & Automation

• Enhance accounting systems, reporting tools, and digital workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, system integration, and proper access control.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA / CIMA / CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant hands-on accounting & finance experience, including full set accounts.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience handling multi-entity or fast-paced businesses (F&B, attractions, retail, entertainment, or service industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MFRS/MPERS accounting standards, SST, corporate tax, and regulatory requirements.
