Our Culture

a) To coordinate all the Safety and Health activities in the project site. b) Conduct HIRADC and Job Safety Analysis and take preventive action in safety and health matters. c) To monitor and supervise the activities of safety and health program and to provide supervision and coordinate the activities of the Site Safety Supervisors. d) To maintain records concerning Safety and Health matters of the Project. e) Act as the Secretary of SLG Site Safety and Health Committee and advise f) To conduct investigations on accidents, incidents and near misses. g) To conduct inspections and audits as required by the Safety and Health program. h) Liaison with sub-contractors on all safety and health matters. i) Plan safety into all daily work activities. j) To verify PTW. k) To conduct daily site patrol and weekly site inspection to ensure the health and safety measures are taken. l) To conduct toolbox and train the supervisors and engineers for conducting toolbox. m) To organize and conduct training regarding safety and health (ie: Safety Induction). n) To review HIRARC/JSA developed by Engineer and sub-contractor.
