<li>Ensure compliance with <strong>Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA 1994)</strong> and other relevant Malaysian regulations.</li>
<li>Implement, monitor, and maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Conduct <strong>regular safety inspections, risk assessments (HIRARC)</strong>, and hazard identification.</li>
<li>Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Conduct safety induction, training, and toolbox briefings for employees and contractors.</li>
<li>Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with safety requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with regulatory authorities such as <strong>DOSH</strong>, BOMBA, and local councils when required.</li>
<li>Maintain safety documentation, records, and compliance reports.</li>
<li>Organize emergency response drills and promote safety awareness programs.</li>
<li>Monitor contractor safety compliance at site or workplace.</li>
<li>Advise management on safety improvements and legal compliance matters.</li>
