Job Description

(1) Store Operations Management

  • Responsible for the daily operational supervision of franchised stores under the brand, ensuring that stores comply with the company’s standards for management and operations.
  • Conduct store inspections and guide stores to improve product quality, service attitude, and hygiene conditions (QSC management).
  • Identify and resolve issues in store operations, such as poor customer experience, inconsistent product quality, and product waste.

(2) Store Operations and Marketing Implementation

  • Guide stores in sales analysis, optimize operational strategies, and increase average customer spending and repeat purchase rates.
  • Develop plans to improve revenue for assigned stores: participate in the entire process of planning, coordination, execution, and review.
  • Assist in the implementation of headquarters' brand marketing activities.
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis.

(3) Staff Training and Team Management

  • Provide standardized training for new store employees to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor the daily performance of store staff and provide training on service standards and operational procedures.
  • Identify issues in store management promptly and provide solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Malaysian, able to speak and write in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the chain (F&B) industry. Candidates with experience in operating (milk tea), beverages, fast food, or coffee chain brands will be given priority.
  • Candidates with experience in franchise chain management are preferred, and familiarity with the entire process from store opening to daily operations is required.
  • Must have experience in store management, product standard implementation, team training, and marketing planning.
