Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Create buildable 3D models and technical drawings
  
• You will use SketchUp and 3ds Max to produce detailed designs.
• This ensures our contractors have clear instructions so that your vision is built exactly how you imagined it.
• Plan functional and aesthetic spaces
  
• You will curate layouts that balance look and logic.
• This matters so that our clients get a home that is both beautiful and easy to live in.

Project Coordination

• Manage material selection and construction detailing
  
• You will pick the right materials and figure out how they join together.
• This helps prevent mistakes on-site and ensures the final finish looks premium.
• Oversee project timelines and multiple tasks
  
• You will keep track of your own schedules and deadlines.
• This allows you to stay organized so that projects move smoothly without unnecessary delays.

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of working on interior design or renovation projects in Malaysia.
• Skills: Proficiency in SketchUp and 3ds Max is a must. You should be able to produce drawings that are practical for construction.
• Knowledge: A solid grasp of space planning, local materials, and how things are actually built (construction detailing).
• Qualities: You are proactive and take pride in your work. You don't wait for instructions for every small task and are comfortable working independently.
• Attitude: You have a creative spark and the drive to keep learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• This is essential as you will be the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
