Our Team

We are a growing team in the Malaysian renovation scene, and we are looking for a designer who is ready to move beyond just "pretty pictures." If you enjoy the challenge of seeing a design actually come to life on-site, you will fit right in here.
In this role, you will be the bridge between a creative concept and a finished home. You won't just be sitting behind a screen; you will be learning how materials behave, how contractors work, and how to solve real-world design problems. It is a great spot for someone who wants to sharpen their technical skills while taking real ownership of their projects.
By joining us, you will get hands-on exposure to the full renovation lifecycle. You will grow your portfolio with buildable designs and gain the confidence to lead projects from the first sketch to the final handover.
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Design Development</h3>
<ul>
<li>Create buildable 3D models and technical drawings </li>
<ul>
<li>You will use SketchUp and 3ds Max to produce detailed designs.</li>
<li>This ensures our contractors have clear instructions so that your vision is built exactly how you imagined it.</li>
</ul>
<li>Plan functional and aesthetic spaces </li>
<ul>
<li>You will curate layouts that balance look and logic.</li>
<li>This matters so that our clients get a home that is both beautiful and easy to live in.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h3>Project Coordination</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage material selection and construction detailing </li>
<ul>
<li>You will pick the right materials and figure out how they join together.</li>
<li>This helps prevent mistakes on-site and ensures the final finish looks premium.</li>
</ul>
<li>Oversee project timelines and multiple tasks </li>
<ul>
<li>You will keep track of your own schedules and deadlines.</li>
<li>This allows you to stay organized so that projects move smoothly without unnecessary delays.</li>
</ul>
