�� Key Responsibilities

1. Trading Operations & Execution Quality (Core Focus)

• Oversee MT4/MT5 back-office operations (Manager/Admin) 
• Monitor and optimize execution performance: 
• Slippage 
• Fill rate 
• Rejection rate 
• Latency 
• Collaborate with Dealing Desk on A-book / B-book / Hybrid execution strategies 
• Ensure stable and efficient trade execution across client segments 

1. Client Structure & Lifecycle Optimization

• Design and manage client segmentation: 
• Retail / IB / HNW / Institutional / HFT / Arbitrage 
• Optimize client structure to improve platform profitability 
• Drive improvements in: 

1. Data Analytics & Strategy Development

• Build and manage data dashboards: 
• Deposit conversion rate 
• Client retention 
• LTV (Lifetime Value) 
• ARPU 
• Trading volume, client distribution, P&L structure 
• Order flow analysis and risk exposure 
• Analyze client behavior and profitability patterns 
• Provide data-driven recommendations on: 
• Spread strategy 
• Cost structure 
• Client targeting and filtering 
• Support A-book / B-book decision-making with data insights 

1. Systems & Automation (Strategic Ownership)

• Drive optimization of internal systems (CRM / OMS / Risk systems) 
• Improve KYC/AML workflow efficiency 
• Develop monitoring mechanisms for: 

1. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with: 
• Arbitrage trading 
• EA/high-frequency strategies 
• Abnormal trading behavior 
• Dealing Desk 
• Risk Management 
• Technology Team 

Support Marketing / IB teams with data insights and campaign strategies

Job Requirements

�� Experience & Background

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Computer Science preferred) 
• Minimum 5+ years in Forex/CFD industry 
• Minimum 3+ years in operations / back-office / platform roles 

�� Core Competencies (Must-have)

• Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 Manager/Admin 
• Strong understanding of: 
• A-book / B-book / Hybrid models 
• Execution metrics (slippage, spread, fill rate) 
• Proven experience in: 
• Client structure optimization 
• Execution quality improvement 
• Strong data analysis capability (SQL / Python / BI tools preferred) 

⚙️ Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with liquidity providers (e.g. LMAX, IS Prime, CFH) 
• Familiarity with global regulations (ASIC / FCA / CySEC) 
• Experience managing IB structures 
• Strong understanding of: 
• EA trading behavior 
• Arbitrage strategies and controls
