We are a fast-growing web development company looking for a passionate Junior Digital Marketing Executive who can drive our online presence and help our clients shine. If you're creative, eager to learn, and love creating impactful campaigns on Facebook and TikTok, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• FB Ads Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ad campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
• TikTok Content Strategy: Plan and post engaging short-form video content that aligns with trending topics and brand goals.
• Content Scheduling: Manage and schedule daily content across Facebook and TikTok accounts.
• Video & Visual Coordination: Work with designers and editors to produce eye-catching ads and content tailored for each platform.
• Audience Engagement: Respond to comments/messages and actively manage interactions to boost visibility.
• Ad Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and provide regular reports (ROI, CPC, CTR, conversions).
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest Facebook & TikTok algorithm changes, ad formats, and viral content trends.

Job Requirements

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a Diploma/SPM/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Digital Media or related fields.
• Has a strong interest in digital marketing, especially Facebook and TikTok platforms.
• Is familiar with or willing to learn tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Suite, or basic content editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva).
• Possesses good analytical and communication skills.
• Is highly creative, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Is preferably Mandarin-speaking (must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin for internal communication and client task assignments).
