<li>Verify and reconcile supplier statements, purchase orders, and delivery notes.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier payments.</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing of payment vouchers and supporting documents.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly AP aging reports and assist in month-end closing.</li>
<li>Communicate with suppliers to resolve any billing discrepancies or payment issues.</li>
<li>Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.</li>
