Job Description
- Handle daily accounts payable operations including invoice checking, data entry, and payment processing.
- Verify and reconcile supplier statements, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier payments.
- Maintain proper filing of payment vouchers and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly AP aging reports and assist in month-end closing.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any billing discrepancies or payment issues.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accounts Payable (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Familiar with basic accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
