Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Perform day-to-day accounting and administrative duties
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and receipts
  • ⁠ ⁠Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including payment follow-ups
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • ⁠ ⁠Assist in data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets
  • ⁠ ⁠Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting
  • ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and auditors when required
  • ⁠ ⁠Handle general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Job Requirements
