Job Description

 Content Creator Position, you will be responsible for creating engaging, viral, and conversion-focused content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) aligned with product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Develop creative scripts and storyboards using AIDA marketing model (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action).
• Collaborate with Live Hosts, Sales, and Marketing teams to produce content that drives leads and sales and improve Tiktok accounts.
• Research social media trends and competitors to identify opportunities for viral content.
• Repurpose content into smaller clips or variations for continuous posting.
• Ensure content is aligned with Zitra+ project branding.
• Track and analyze performance (views, engagement, conversions) to optimize future content.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: SPM.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Confident and engaging personality.
• Experience in Live Streaming or Social Media Content Creation.
• Familiarity with Popular Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Strong Communication Skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
• Creative and Tech-Savvy.
• Candidates must skills and knowledge in Social Media Management, Public Speaking and Communication.
• Candidates must willing to relocate based in Setia Business Park 2, Bandar Dato Onn JB or Tun Aminah branch JB under Marketing & Sales Division.
