<p>The Admin, Strategic Partnership (Admin &amp; Operations Support – MY/SG/APAC) provides end-to-end administrative, operational, and backend support to ensure the Strategic Partnership team runs smoothly across all regions.</p>
<p>This role is highly important to the department — requiring strong ownership, high attention to detail, responsibility, and a proactive approach in managing documentation, backend setup, voucher/promo code creation, sponsorship coordination, reporting, and overall team operations.</p>

<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p>

<p><strong>Partnership Support &amp; Lead Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Take ownership of partnership leads, follow-ups, and coordination across APAC markets.</li>
<li>Assist in identifying partners (banks, telcos, e-wallets, loyalty platforms, digital partners, corporates, etc.).</li>
<li>Conduct market and competitor research to generate actionable insights.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Campaign Execution &amp; Coordination</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support end-to-end execution of partnership campaigns across APAC.</li>
<li>Work closely with local marketing teams and key stakeholders for smooth planning and execution.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest optimisations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>On-Ground Activations &amp; Events</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning and running partnership events, activations, and corporate engagements.</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics, setup, and materials required for regional activations.</li>
<li>Provide on-site support to ensure smooth and seamless event experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Backend Setup &amp; Promo Code Creation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing backend requirements for regional campaigns.</li>
<li>Support promotion code creation, tagging, and basic configuration.</li>
<li>Work with Tech/Marketing teams to ensure accuracy and campaign readiness.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Reporting &amp; Documentation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare weekly updates, performance summaries, and campaign post-mortems.</li>
<li>Maintain APAC partnership trackers, agreements, and documentation folders.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with HQ (Marketing, Tech, Ops, Finance) on APAC-related campaign requirements.</li>
<li>Support localisation checks for content, creatives, offers, and user journeys.</li>
</ul>
