Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the general ledger team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing insights and variance analysis on timely basis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, providing training as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• More than 5 years experience in Accounting / finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle full sets of financial statements
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
