Job Description

 Position Responsibilities 

• Maintain monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet schedule.
• Manage daily accounting operations and documentation for AR & GL functions.  
• Ensure timely collection from customers. 
• Identify revenue to be recognized and post necessary journal/reclassification.  
• Perform retail and online sales reconciliation.  
• Monthly sales report preparation and declaration to stakeholders.  
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders pertaining to audit & tax matters.  
• Support queries from DM on Outlet P&L.  
• Assists to compile financial related information for corporate exercise.  
• Assist in any other ad hoc tasks given. 
• Ensure proper compliance with local accounting and auditing standards.  

Job Requirements

 Qualification and Experience 

• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or degree equivalent in professional certificates, such as ACCA/LCCI. 
• Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in AR/GL (any related fields) are required.    
• Required general knowledge of accounting/ financial/operational principle.  
• Intermediate profieciency in Microsoft office and Microsoft Excel.  
• Comfortable using computers, with experience in business solution & accounting software.  
• Experience in the Retail or F&B field is preferred.   
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal)  
• Independent, self -motivated and detail oriented.  
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
