Job Description

Position Responsibilities  

• Collaborate with business teams to identify and assess processes suitable for automation.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, pain points, and process inefficiencies.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and automation feasibility studies.
• Work closely with automation developers and solution architects to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to drive process optimization.
• Define and document business process improvements, SOPs, and automation strategies.
• Support the development and testing phases by validating automated workflows against business requirements.
• Monitor and assess the impact of automation solutions post-deployment and suggest refinements.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, process consulting, or automation projects.
• Understanding of Business Process Automation (BPA) tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Lark Automated Workflow, Lark Anycross or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to map and optimize business processes, with experience in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Excellent ability to liaise between business and technical teams.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective automation strategies.
• Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or RPA-related certifications are a plus.
