<li>Design layouts and interiors for new stores, renovations, and refreshes, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity and business goals.</li>
<li>Develop 2D layouts, 3D renderings, full set submission drawings, and technical specifications for approval.</li>
<li>Ensure design drawings comply with internal standards, health and safety regulations, accessibility standards, and other legal requirements.</li>
<li>Deliver precise design plans, minimizing revisions during project execution.</li>
<li>Manage deadlines and coordinate multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely issuance of design packages to the project team while adhering to timelines and budgets.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, project management, and marketing) to maintain consistency in store designs while accommodating necessary customizations.</li>
<li>Work closely with architects, M&amp;E engineers, C&amp;S engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the branding team to develop design concepts when launching a new store theme when required.</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and departmental needs.</li>
</ul>
