<li>Handle, review and evaluate product complaints as per procedures.</li>
<li>Compile all QA relevant activities on a scheduled basis for management review.</li>
<li>Assist in outlet registration to related governmental bodies</li>
<li>Support product complaints handling effectively and process complaints in a uniform and timely manner, including investigation, resolution, and reporting of all product complaints.</li>
